Naithe acts as a real-time booking and queue management facilitator between you and local salons. The serial numbers displayed are dynamic and updated live. Users are advised to check the app regularly and arrive at the salon ahead of their estimated time. Salon owners reserve the right to modify or adjust serial timings based on sudden unexpected circumstances at the physical shop.

3. App Permissions and User Consent

• Location & Camera: By enabling location and camera permissions, you acknowledge that these features are necessary to find nearby salons and complete barcode check-ins.
• Push Notifications: By using this app, you consent to receive automated real-time push notifications regarding your queue positions, appointment confirmations, and operational updates from the salons you interact with.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Making fake or malicious multiple bookings to disrupt a local salon's serial system.
• Using automated scripts or scraping tools to extract salon data.
• Uploading inappropriate images as profile pictures via the photo picker or camera.

5. Limitation of Liability

Naithe provides a platform for real-time convenience. We are not liable for any delays in service, sudden cancellations by salon owners, or network-related delays in delivering push notifications due to poor internet connectivity.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Naithe platform without prior notice if you violate any of these terms or engage in fraudulent booking activities.
