1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Naithe Business dashboard, you must register as a verified Salon Owner. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (such as your full name, valid mobile number, and accurate salon location) during the registration process. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials is entirely your responsibility.

2. Permitted Use & Application Restrictions

As a verified user, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for operational salon queue and booking management. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Provide fraudulent or misleading salon locations to manipulate distance tracking for nearby users.
• Abuse or exploit the push notification feature (powered by OneSignal) to broadcast spam, promotional links, or unauthorized messages to clients.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security features of our mobile application or web dashboards.

3. Real-Time Queue & Notification Synchronization

Naithe Business operates as a real-time serial tracking desk. The accuracy and synchronization of active bookings rely directly on your device's active internet connectivity and foreground operations. We are not liable for any discrepancies or customer service delays caused by localized network dropouts, push notification latency, or disabled device permissions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Naithe Business is a digital management tool designed to streamline salon operations. We do not handle, collect, or process any direct financial payments between the salon owners and their respective clients. Any disputes, transactions, or quality of service disagreements between the salon and its customers remain strictly between the involved parties.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your business account without prior notice if you violate any of these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or utilize the platform in a manner that compromises system stability or other users' privacy.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
