To provide a seamless salon management and automated queue system, we collect certain personal and device information from Salon Owners:

• Account & Profile Information: We collect your full name, mobile number, email address, and physical salon address when you register an account.
• Profile Picture & Gallery Access: We request permission to access your device's photo gallery or camera. This is strictly used to allow you to upload and change your salon's profile picture or storefront image.
• Location Data (No Background Tracking): We request access to your device's precise or approximate location. This data is used solely to calculate the distance between your salon and nearby clients, allowing nearby users to discover your shop efficiently. Please note: We DO NOT track or collect your location data in the background or when the app is closed. Location features operate strictly in the foreground while the application is actively running.

2. Device Permissions and Core Services

Our application requires specific Android permissions to execute core functionalities required for real-time queue management:

• Notification Permission (Firebase API): We use push notifications to send real-time alerts regarding new bookings, live serial updates, and queue cancellations. This ensures seamless synchronization between the salon owner and the clients.
• Google Advertising ID (AAID): In compliance with Google Play Console policies, our third-party SDKs (such as Firebase) may collect your device's Advertising ID solely for push notification routing, device analytics, and platform stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected data to:

• Maintain, manage, and optimize your live serial booking desk.
• Display your salon's accurate distance to nearby users on the customer app.
• Send critical transaction, operational, and system status updates via push alerts.
• Prevent fraudulent activities and maintain platform integrity.

4. Data Security & Retention

Your salon reports, customer lists, and personal data are encrypted and stored securely on our protected servers. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

5. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. Salon owners can request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. You can initiate this directly through your dashboard settings or by contacting our support team. Upon verification, your data will be permanently wiped from our active databases.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
