To provide an efficient and real-time booking experience, our app accesses certain features of your device:

• Personal Information: We collect your name, mobile number, and authentication details when you register or log in to maintain your active salon booking profile.
• Device Location: We request access to your device’s Approximate Location while using the app. This is used solely to identify your current area and display nearby local salons, available serials, and real-time distances. We do not track your location in the background.
• Camera Access: We request camera permission strictly for barcode/QR code scanning to verify your check-ins at local salons and to let you capture a real-time profile picture.
• Photos and Media: We do not request full storage access. We utilize Android’s secure system Photo Picker to allow you to safely select an image from your gallery exclusively for your profile picture.
• Push Notification Tokens: We collect device tokens (via Firebase/OneSignal) to push real-time alerts regarding your active booking status, live serial number countdowns, and salon offers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Process your real-time salon bookings and assign accurate serial numbers.
• Show local salons customized to your location.
• Send instant updates about your serial standing so you don't have to wait in physical queues.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We value your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Data such as notification tokens are securely processed through trusted services like Google Firebase or OneSignal solely to operate the core push alert functions of the app.

4. Data Security and Retention

Your data is securely hosted and encrypted. We retain your personal information only as long as your account is active to provide you with seamless booking histories and preferences.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion Policy (Google Compliant)

You have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and wipe all personal data, bookings, and tokens from our database, you can do so directly via the account settings in the app or by contacting our support team at support@naithe.com. Upon request, your account and associated data will be permanently removed within 24-48 hours.
